We collect information you choose to give us directly through the forms on this site:

Contact form ("Book a free consultation"): name, email, company name, phone number, the service and budget range you select, and your message.

Newsletter signup: your email address.

Job application (Career page): name, email, LinkedIn and GitHub URLs, a link to a project you're proud of, your experience level, and your written answers.

We do not collect this information from any other source, and we don't buy or receive it from third parties.

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or send the occasional newsletter update you signed up for. Submissions are reviewed by our team through an internal admin panel that only authorized staff can access.

Nothing you submit is used for automated decision-making, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by our infrastructure provider. Uploaded images (for content we publish, not visitor uploads) are stored with our file storage provider.

Contact form submissions are also forwarded to a private Google Sheet, which is where our team actually works through inquiries day to day — Google's own privacy practices apply to that copy. We don't share your information with any other third party, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

This site uses exactly one cookie: a strictly-necessary, httpOnly session cookie set only when an administrator signs in to the admin panel. It isn't used to track visitors, and it isn't set for anyone just browsing the public site. We don't use marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies at this time.

Contact form submissions live primarily in our Google Sheet, kept as long as we need it for our own records; the database copy (our backup, in case the Sheet is ever unreachable) is kept until an administrator clears it. Newsletter signups and job applications are kept until an administrator removes them, or until you ask us to remove your information (see "Your choices" below).

The admin panel is access-controlled and requires a password (stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text). The site is served over HTTPS. As with any system, we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect what you share with us.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us — see the contact details on this page. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
